Your Contribution:
- Lead and deploy Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives by applying continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, SMED, 5S) to optimize site performance.
- Ensure the deployment and compliance of the Mahle Production System (MPS), including preparation for and successful completion of internal and external audits.
- Coordinate and manage TISAX certification and recertification, with a particular focus on OT systems (industrial IT).
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (PPI, IPCO Technical), identify improvement opportunities, and lead cross-functional projects.
- Work closely with production and support functions to support industrialization, problem-solving, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Experience and Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or equivalent (Associate’s degree with experience or Master’s degree), ideally in industrial engineering or operational excellence.
- Proven experience in an industrial or automotive environment, with strong exposure to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Lean tools (5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen) and problem-solving methodologies (QRQC or equivalent).
- Knowledge of MPS or a similar production system, as well as an understanding of TISAX requirements (an asset).
- Good professional level of English and proficiency with IT tools (MS Office), along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
