You'll have a client centred approach to delivering high end service with knowledge and understanding of the Indian Sub-continent (India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan) and building complex itineraries aligned to our commitment of delivering the highest standards of tailormade travel. The Role
- Curation of high quality, tailor-made itineraries in a luxury space
- Conversion of warm sales leads via email, telephone and video calls
- High quality presentation of customised travel itineraries with a keen eye for detail
- Delivery of gold standard client service at all stages of the client journey
- Proactive expansion of product knowledge keeping aware of industry developments to ensure expertise across our specialist product portfolio
- Foster good working relationships with colleagues and trade partners; and exhibit a strong team ethic.
Skills & Experience
- 3 years' plus Travel Consultant experience in a tailor-made travel environment working with complex itineraries
- First-hand knowledge of our core destinations, specifically within the Indian Sub-continent
- Hitting monthly sales targets whilst nurturing client relationships
- Excellent Administrative skills with advanced levels of IT literacy
- Highly-organised with strong time management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
