The Senior Digital Solutions Engineer will play a central role in this evolution—architecting, integrating, and building new digital capabilities that enhance the guest journey, empower our teams, and help establish Mahlatini as a technology-enabled leader in luxury travel.
We are looking for a builder who thrives at the intersection of creativity and engineering, systems and experience, discovery and delivery. Someone who understands how to develop lightweight apps, prototypes and internal tools; who sees automation as an enabler; and who can stitch together systems in ways that feel seamless, intuitive, and magical for guests and colleagues alike.
This role is about capability-building, invention, and hands‑on creation—turning ideas into working solutions that make a measurable impact on the business. Working closely with leadership and teams across operations, marketing, sales and product, you will identify opportunities, shape digital solutions, and deliver tools that enhance efficiency, personalisation and experience.
