The Head of Marketing and Communications will play a central role in this evolution - architecting a modern, AI and data-enabled marketing and communications function that delivers measurable growth, predictable demand, and exceptional brand visibility.

We are looking for a leader who thrives at the intersection of data and storytelling, systems and creativity, strategy and execution. Someone who sees performance marketing not just as optimisation, but as a growth discipline - powered by insight, automation, experimentation, and clarity of vision.

This role is about building capability, setting direction, and turning ambition into results. Working closely with our Founding Brand Partner and senior leadership team, you will set the strategic direction for marketing and communications while remaining hands-on in execution.

If you are experienced in performance marketing at senior management level, with experience in luxury, travel, hospitality or a high consideration category, a demonstrable track record of delivering measurable impact and growth and are looking for the opportunity to shape a global brand, this role offers both challenge and influence in equal measure.
