Based in our purpose-built studio in Banbury, M.

E plays a pivotal role in the Mahindra Global Design Network, shaping the future of electric vehicles and advanced automotive concepts.

Our studio is equipped with the latest design technologies, enabling full-spectrum design capabilities - from initial concept sketches to 3D digital and physical modelling, A-Class surfacing and immersive visualisation.

We also house a complete CMF suite, clay modelling studio, and dedicated presentation spaces.

The Role: A-Class Senior Modeller (Interior and Exterior roles available)

As an A-Class Senior Modeller, you'll use your creative surfacing skills combined with technical engineering knowledge base, to refine and shape the future of our product portfolio.

Working with internal and global teams, your skills will ensure we maintain our design identity and character throughout the feasibility process.

What You'll Do

  • Create high quality, mathematically continuous A-surface data solutions from concept proposals through to production tooling data
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Designers, Studio Engineering, CMF, and Programme Management to solve design challenges
  • Work as part of a larger global team dynamic, working together to achieve shared deliverables.
  • Act as an intermediatory between internal MADE departments and global resources to create efficient data creation
  • Prepare and formally release A-Class Data to the wider business

What You Bring

  • A degree in Automotive Design, Transport Design, Industrial Design or Design Engineering field
  • Proven experience in automotive interior design or similar creative discipline
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with global teams
  • Proficiency in data creation using Autodesk Alias and visualisation in VRED or similar
  • A passion for innovation, refinement and user-centric design
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
