Ara Institute of Canterbury is seeking a Kaiārahi – Māori Success Advisor to embed kaupapa and mātauranga Māori across the organisation. You will work with ākonga, whānau, kaimahi and community partners to shape culturally responsive practices and champion equity to improve engagement and success for Māori learners.
You will bring experience supporting Māori outcomes in education, knowledge of research methods and data analysis, and a collaborative, Tiriti-led mindset to drive continuous improvement.
