This role is responsible for leading the development of graphic outputs for mainline Maharishi collections, external collaborations, and DPM Studio camouflage projects, working closely with the Creative Director and design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead graphic design projects across departments, from concept to delivery, including linesheets, tech packs, collection themes, internal/external project briefs, art direction, and brand identity.
- Create and oversee design outputs - including mood boards, print graphics, embroideries, iconography, camouflage/disruptive patterns, presentation decks and related assets.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all design applications.
- Maintain a structured and organised archive of design assets.
- Support and mentor junior team members where required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior graphic design role; experience within a similar scale/price-point brand, retailer, or agency preferred.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual and technical skills across the listed outputs.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design applications.
- Excellent eye for detail with a refined understanding of typography, colour, and composition.
- Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Tenacious and thorough in delivering solutions to creative and technical challenges.
- Deep affinity with Maharishi’s values and the ability to translate them into visual form.
- Comfortable working within an independently owned, fast-growing company.
