I'm looking for a Marketing & Growth Partner to work alongside our Marketing & Social Media Executive to build the next chapter.
As Creative Director, I'll continue to lead the brand vision and creative direction.
I'm looking for someone who can translate that vision into a clear marketing strategy, build the growth roadmap, and help us execute it.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can bridge the gap between big-picture strategy and day-to-day delivery, bringing experience, structure, and commercial thinking to a lean, ambitious team.
You’ll help us
- Build and own the overall marketing strategy and growth plan
- Define customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth opportunities
- Develop the channel strategy across paid media, CRM, social, influencer, partnerships, and affiliates
- Manage and optimise paid media performance with a strong understanding of ROI, CAC, and conversion
- Work closely with creative to develop campaigns, content and assets that drive both brand and commercial results
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making
- Mentor and support our Marketing & Social Media Executive, helping build capability within the team
We’re looking for someone who
- Has successfully grown a consumer, DTC, or lifestyle brand
- Is as comfortable setting strategy as rolling up their sleeves and executing
- Has strong commercial marketing experience across brand and performance
- Understands how to build a marketing function from the ground up
- Can challenge, advise, and partner with Creative, Financial, and Investor leadership
- Has experience in footwear, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands (preferred)
