We are looking for a true General Manager - someone who sees the biggest K-BBQ restaurant in the UK and thinks I can make this the best in class. This is a floor-to-ceiling leadership role. You will own the operation, develop the team, drive the culture and set the standard. You will have the autonomy to make real decisions and the support of a group that backs its people. What you'll be doing:

  • Leading FOH and BOH teams to deliver an outstanding dining experience on every service
  • Owning the full site P&L, food cost, labour, sales and all operational performance metrics
  • Setting and maintaining brand standards for food quality, guest service and presentation
  • Managing all reservations, guest relations and the overall dining experience
  • Driving revenue through great service, upselling culture and strong guest loyalty
  • Managing all recruitment, onboarding, training and performance across the team
  • Ensuring full Food Safety, allergen and H&S compliance on every service
  • Reviewing trading performance weekly and leading improvement plans

What we're looking for:

  • Experienced Restaurant or General Manager from a restaurant or hospitality background
  • Proven P&L management and strong commercial instincts
  • A natural people developer who builds great teams and creates cultures people want to be part of
  • Passionate about food and genuine, warm hospitality
  • Flexible for evenings, weekends and peak trading periods
  • Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
