To gather. And that is exactly what happens here every single day. As a Supervisor at Moida, you are the heartbeat of the shop floor. You keep the team energised, the store looking beautiful and every customer leaving with something they genuinely love. You lead with warmth, confidence and a passion for K-beauty that customers can feel the moment they walk in.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supervising the team on the shop floor and at all customer touchpoints
  • Opening and closing the store including cash handling and security procedures
  • Coaching team members in delivering exceptional K-beauty customer experiences
  • Handling customer queries, product recommendations and feedback with warmth
  • Monitoring stock levels, replenishment and visual merchandising throughout every shift
  • Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members

What we're looking for:

  • Previous supervisory experience in beauty, skincare or lifestyle retail
  • A warm, confident communicator with genuine enthusiasm for K-beauty
  • Good product knowledge across skincare, K-beauty brands and beauty routines
  • Calm and positive under pressure
  • Flexible for weekends and bank holidays
  • Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
