Role Description
This is a full-time, field-based role for a Retail Operations Manager based in the United Kingdom. The Retail Operations Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, track inventory, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance. The role includes developing operational processes, implementing strategies to improve efficiency, and maintaining high standards of store management and customer satisfaction. The Retail Operations Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers.
