As Store Manager, you lead a passionate team, create a space where every customer feels truly welcome and drive the commercial performance that keeps Moida growing. What you'll be doing:
- Leading and developing the full Moida team, warm, expert and welcoming every day
- Owning and managing the store P&L including sales targets, margin and cost control
- Driving a culture of genuine product knowledge, expert recommendations and brilliant service
- Managing all stock, visual merchandising and K-beauty product ranging
- Overseeing all recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management
- Ensuring compliance with all retail and H&S regulations
- Analysing trading data and leading improvement plans to hit and exceed targets
What we're looking for:
- Store Manager or Deputy Manager experience in beauty, K-beauty or lifestyle retail
- Commercially driven with strong P&L management capability
- A natural people developer who builds motivated, knowledgeable teams
- Genuine passion for K-beauty and Korean culture, this matters here
- Strong visual merchandising instincts
- Flexible for weekends, bank holidays and varied shifts
- Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
