Pochawa is a Korean BBQ restaurant built on noise, energy and the kind of hospitality that feels like a party you actually want to be at. The grill is on the table. The guests are loud. The team is louder. And the person running it needs to love every second of that. If your instinct is to turn the music down, you are not the right fit. If you want to be in the thick of it - building something, owning it, and taking real pride in what happens on that floor every single night - keep reading. This role has genuine scope. Pochawa sits within Maguro Group, a multi‑brand hospitality group operating across London with real ambition and real routes upward for the right person. The manager who takes this on is not maintaining something. They are shaping it. Lead with genuine care. Build something you're proud of.
