We are searching for our next superstar Store Manager at Bunsik Westfield Stratford. Westfield Stratford is one of our biggest sites. We need the right person running it. This is a true leadership role where you will own the operation and we will back you.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading, developing and motivating your full FOH and BOH team across every shift
- Owning the site P&L, sales, labour, food cost and all operational KPIs
- Driving Bunsik brand standards across food quality, speed of service and guest experience
- Building a high-energy team culture through coaching and on-the-floor leadership
- Managing all recruitment, onboarding, training and performance processes
- Overseeing stock management, ordering and supplier relationships
- Ensuring full Food Safety and H&S compliance at all times
What we're looking for:
- Management experience from a QSR, fast-casual or food service background
- Commercially confident, you know your numbers and you own them
- A natural leader who brings energy, clarity and genuine care to the team
- Level 2 Food Hygiene minimum, Level 3 preferred
- Flexible including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
