You will join our Korean food inspired restaurant team as a Kitchen Assistant. You do not need any experience. What matters is a strong work ethic, a genuine interest in food, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the kitchen team with daily prep and mise en place tasks
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene throughout every service
  • Assisting with dishwashing, pot washing and equipment cleaning
  • Receiving and storing deliveries correctly and in line with food safety procedures
  • Supporting stock rotation and waste management
