Lead the crew. Own the site. Make Bunsik number one. We are searching for our next superstar Store Manager at Bunsik Westfield Stratford. Westfield Stratford is one of our biggest sites. We need the right person running it. This is a true leadership role where you will own the operation and we will back you.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading, developing and motivating your full FOH and BOH team across every shift
- Owning the site P&L, sales, labour, food cost and all operational KPIs
- Driving Bunsik brand standards across food quality, speed of service and guest experience
- Building a high-energy team culture through coaching and on-the-floor leadership
- Managing all recruitment, onboarding, training and performance processes
- Overseeing stock management, ordering and supplier relationships
- Ensuring full Food Safety and H&S compliance at all times
What we're looking for:
- Management experience from a QSR, fast-casual or food service background
- Commercially confident, you know your numbers and you own them
- A natural leader who brings energy, clarity and genuine care to the team
- Level 2 Food Hygiene minimum, Level 3 preferred
- Flexible including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
