Come and be part of it. We started in London in 2009 with a simple belief: real hospitality can turn everyday moments into something people genuinely remember. Fifteen years on, we run sixteen locations across London and Manchester, employ over 450 people and are still building. Still growing. Still as excited about what we do as we were at the very beginning.

Our roots are Korean. Our ambition is global. Every brand in our portfolio carries that heritage — the craft, the community, the genuine love of food — while building its own identity and its own place in the world. The people behind our brands share the same values. Standards earned on the floor, not talked about in meetings. A belief that the best ideas come from people who are close to the work. And a genuine commitment to looking after the team that makes everything possible.

Our values

  • Standards earned on the floor: We demonstrate our standards through real service every single day. The people closest to our guests are the ones who shape the culture here.
  • Different flavours, one rhythm: Every brand has its own identity and energy. What holds them together is a shared way of working and a shared respect for the people doing the work.
  • Korean roots, global moves: We are building something with genuine ambition. Rooted in Korean food and culture, growing into something that travels. We want people who are excited by that journey.

  • Print Production: prepare print-ready artwork for suppliers and printers, liaise with printing companies on quality and accuracy, and manage artwork revisions and final approvals.
  • Content & Asset Management: edit and enhance food photography when required, create simple digital assets for the website and in-store screens, and organise and maintain design files and brand assets.
  • Internal Design Support: design training manuals, presentations and internal communications, support operational teams with approved design requests, and produce recruitment posters and informational materials as needed.
