You keep the team energised, the store looking beautiful and every customer leaving with something they genuinely love. You lead with warmth, confidence and a passion for K-beauty that customers can feel the moment they walk in.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising the team on the shop floor and at all customer touchpoints.
- Opening and closing the store including cash handling and security procedures.
- Coaching team members in delivering exceptional K-beauty customer experiences.
- Handling customer queries, product recommendations and feedback with warmth.
- Monitoring stock levels, replenishment and visual merchandising throughout every shift.
- Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous supervisory experience in beauty, skincare or lifestyle retail.
- A warm, confident communicator with genuine enthusiasm for K-beauty.
- Good product knowledge across skincare, K-beauty brands and beauty routines.
- Calm and positive under pressure.
- Flexible for weekends and bank holidays.
- Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
