Maguro Group is a fast-growing multi-brand hospitality and retail group with a portfolio spanning Bunsik, Bullgogi, Maguro Sushi, Pochawa Grill, Gogi and Moida with sites across London, Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds. We are scaling quickly and we need sharp, commercially minded people to grow with us.

We are looking for a Property and Projects Manager to take ownership of our property function and lead project delivery across the group. This is a newly created role with real visibility, sitting at the centre of our expansion plans and systems development through 2026 and beyond.

What you will be doing

  • You will own the property management function end to end — leases, landlord relationships, compliance, maintenance schedules, rent reviews and break clauses — while simultaneously driving cross-functional project delivery across new site openings, systems implementation and operational initiatives.
  • You will be the person who keeps things moving. That means building the structure where it doesn't yet exist, managing multiple workstreams at once, and making sure leadership always has clear visibility on progress, risks and timelines.
  • Day to day this looks like:
    • Managing lease documentation, renewals, and all key property records
    • Leading landlord and agent liaison, coordinating with legal representatives where required
    • Overseeing facilities and maintenance across the estate
    • Driving delivery of systems and expansion projects from initiation through to handover
    • Coordinating contractors, third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders
    • Building and maintaining project trackers, reporting dashboards and governance frameworks
    • Identifying risks early and escalating with solutions, not just problems
    • Supporting new site onboarding from a property and compliance perspective

What we are looking for

  • Solid experience in property management, facilities, or project coordination - ideally within hospitality, retail or a multi-site environment
  • Someone who can operate independently and take ownership without being micromanaged
  • Strong on process and documentation, but practical enough to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Confident communicating across all levels - from contractors on site to senior leadership
  • Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • A self-starter who builds structure rather than waiting for it

Why join us

This is a genuine opportunity to shape a function from the ground up in a business that is growing fast and investing in doing things properly. You will have direct access to senior leadership, real autonomy over how the role develops, and the chance to build something that scales with the group.

We are based at 3 Lanark Place, London W9 1BT with travel across our estate as needed.
