We are looking for a People Coordinator to join the Maguro Group People team. If you are organised, people-focused, and want to build your HR career in a fast-growing, multi-brand hospitality and retail business - this could be the role for you.
The role involves providing hands-on HR administration and coordination support across our portfolio of brands. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and issuing contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
- Maintaining employee records across Talent Funnel and Nory
- Coordinating recruitment scheduling and candidate communication
- Supporting starters and leavers administration, including payroll liaison
- Producing HR reports and keeping systems up to date
- Acting as a first point of contact for general HR queries across the group
- Supporting People projects and policy work as the group continues to grow
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in HR administration or a people coordinator role
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Confident with HR systems and comfortable learning new tools
- Someone who is discreet, professional, and genuinely cares about people
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
- CIPD Level 3 (working towards or completed) is a nice-to-have, not a must
