Behind every great service is a Kitchen Assistant who kept the operation running smoothly. You do not need any experience. What we need is someone who shows up ready to work, takes pride in doing things properly and enjoys being part of a team. We will teach you everything else.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the kitchen team with daily prep and mise en place tasks
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene throughout every service
- Assisting with dishwashing, pot washing and equipment cleaning
- Receiving and storing deliveries correctly and in line with food safety procedures
- Supporting stock rotation and waste management
- Assisting chefs during service periods as directed

- No experience required, a strong work ethic and great attitude are everything
- Genuine interest in food and working in a kitchen environment
- Able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Flexible for evenings and weekends
