Reporting to the Park and Sales Managers, the Sales & Social Media Executive will work at Forget Me Not Country Park, Longhorsley (NE65 8QY), selling holiday homes to new and existing customers. They will proactively create social media content for promoting this to prospective new business customers and existing owners.
Responsibilities
- Proactive business development activities through prospecting calls and use of social media.
- Presenting show homes for viewings.
- Updating the company’s website with available stock.
- Posting sales stock on external partner websites.
- Conducting park tours, demonstrating the features and benefits of the park/stock and highlighting what makes the offering of a Maguire’s park unique.
- Guide customers through the sales journey so that they choose the right holiday home for them that they’ll enjoy for years to come.
Stock Management
- Post Delivery Inspections (PDI) of stock within the required timescales.
- Reporting warranty issues.
- Arranging repairs or maintenance for work not covered under warranty.
- Regular checks of stock whilst they await sale.
Customer Relationship Management
- Building a presence in the parks and become known as a point of contact for sales and upgrades.
- Deal directly with customer enquiries and sales face-to-face, over the telephone, social media and by email.
- Posting in and responding to customer queries in owner’s groups on Facebook etc.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships for now and the future.
- Confidently and professionally respond to customer concerns or objections.
- Ensuring that all communication is professional and in keeping with the values of the business.
CRM Management/Administration
- Updating the CRM with customers’ information, leads, sales documentation and more.
- Extracting leads from the CRM each day, to create appointments etc.
- Accurate sales documentation completed in the required timescales.
- Develop an understanding of the Elite park management software, used for existing owners.
Expertise
- Being seen as professionally credible and as an expert on the park and the homes on offer.
- Using the tools available from suppliers, BH&HPA and internally, to maximise knowledge of the business.
- Adhere to procedures and follow industry standards and best practice.
- Be proactive, developing and growing knowledge of the wider park operations, to enable park management stand in, holiday cover and career progression.
- General housekeeping and presentation of the parks e.g., the office and laundry blocks.
- Reporting any maintenance issues.
Health and Safety
- Demonstrate good health and safety (H&S) practices, and knowledge of H&S procedures and risk assessments.
- Highlight concerns and observations to park management.
- Be proactive to keep colleagues and customers safe.
