A fabric company based in South West London is looking for an experienced Showroom Specialist to join their growing team. For this role, you will be directly reporting to the Showroom Manager and will contribute to the successful operation of the UK Showroom in terms of sales, service, and operational effectiveness.
You will work closely with the Country Manager and the Sales Team on projects and local events and presentations into the Showroom.
Showroom Specialist Executive Duties:- Support the quality of customer experience provided to the public, customers, and the team through textile consultancy, mood boards, and inspiration.
- Support the operational services and showroom spaces needed to meet the required standards defined by the Creative Team in agreement with the showroom manager.
- Support the growing relevance of the company connection to the design community (interior designers, specifiers, influencers, press, makers, artists, galleries, consumers, etc.) through PR and marketing actions in agreement with the communication teams.
- Degree in Interior Design is beneficial.
- Interior Design background or additional studies are preferable.
- A few years’ experience within the interior design industry and/or luxury retail sales are preferable.
- Good knowledge of textiles for interiors.
- Optimistic, positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Team player, proactive and problem-solving thinker.
- Proficient in MS Office and English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Consumer and customer focused.
