Our client, a legal company, is looking for a switched on and experienced Qualified Conveyancer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in residential property and conveyancing.

Qualified Conveyancer Duties:
  • File Opening Procedure
  • Initial correspondence and Sales Memorandum review and data entry
  • Mortgage offer download to Case Management System
  • Mortgage offer Expiry alerts
  • Drafting letters as per instructions from Fee Earners
  • Dating original documents following exchange as per instructions from Fee Earners
  • Pre-completion search result management and review
  • Completion process including original document dating as per instructions from Fee Earners
  • File Closure procedures
  • Panel Assignment
  • Inbox and Diary Management
Qualified Conveyancer Specification:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be qualified for over 2 years
  • Conveyancing experience and a background in residential property
  • Detail oriented with excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritise own workload with exceptional time management/organisation skills
  • Ability to use IT systems/applications (MS Office) proficiently and learn new IT skills as required
  • Confident professional telephone manner
  • Friendly team player who takes initiative to help meet team goals
  • Positive attitude with a pro-active approach to responsibilities
