Property Manager β Maintenance Division Location: North London Office Based Contract Type: Permanent Salary: Β£35,000 Our client is a well-established lettings and management agency operating across North London for over two decades. They\βre looking for a proactive Property Manager to join their Maintenance Division and take ownership of a designated property portfolio. Position Overview As Property Manager, you\βll be the central point of contact managing all aspects of maintenance for your assigned property portfolio. You\βll respond to day-to-day maintenance issues, coordinate contractors and in-house teams, process invoices and liaise with tenants and landlords to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Your work directly impacts tenant satisfaction and landlord confidence, making this a key role within the Maintenance Division.
