The client is looking for someone who has experience in Freight and Logistics with good personal communication skills and organisational skills. Logistics Coordinator Specification: Bookkeeper and general administration. Bank reconciliation To speak with shipping agents and also get quotes from the market. Keeping clear spreadsheets and logs of goods in transit and coordinating with accounts and administration staff Dealing with cash flows and forecasts VAT returns Client support and inputting data onto the system Contact with clients to book in shipments Keeping flow charts and reports Logistics Coordinator Requirements: Highly organised with strong communication skills To be able to use their own initiative and to be able to work independently and remotely. To have Freight and Logistics experience would be beneficial Enthusiastic and has strong attention to detail.
