Position Overview:
As a senior member of the real estate finance team, you will handle complex and varied legal work for established banking and lending clients. You will take on substantial responsibility, contribute to building the practice through business development, and work alongside a proactive team committed to delivering high-quality legal services. Responsibilities:
- Handle real estate finance transactions for banks, bridging lenders and other financial institutions
- Provide expert legal advice on complex property finance matters and documentation
- Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development initiatives
- Manage transaction workflows, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of legal services
- Contribute to marketing and business development activities to expand the practice
Requirements:
- Minimum four years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate finance
- Established experience acting for banks and bridging lenders on property finance transactions
- Strong legal knowledge of real estate finance law and documentation

- Business development mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities
- An established client following (advantageous but not essential)
