An established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or qualified CILEx professional to join its team on a fully remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who can confidently manage a residential property caseload while delivering a professional and responsive service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Managing remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property matters
- Reviewing searches, contracts, title documentation and mortgage offers
- Raising and responding to enquiries
- Preparing files for exchange and completion
- Communicating regularly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and meeting internal compliance standards
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEx professional
- Minimum of five years’ post-qualified experience in residential conveyancing
- Demonstrable experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Client-focused, accurate and commercially aware
Package and Benefits
