About the role

  • Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Location: Our headquarters in Alconbury Weald, Cambridgeshire (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
  • Salary: £32,861-£40,357
  • Reporting to: Supporter Engagement Manager

The Supporter Engagement Lead is a newly established role responsible for increasing income from individual supporters by project managing audience-led appeals and campaigns, devising and delivering compelling supporter journeys that grow long-term engagement and income for the charity. This role will take ownership of the end-to-end planning, delivery and optimisation of supporter communications across multiple channels. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the postholder will translate strategy into action, ensuring supporters receive timely, relevant and inspiring communications that deepen their connection to the charity and encourage sustained support.
