About Magnuson Hotels
Founded in 2003 by Thomas and Melissa Magnuson, former independent hotel owners, Magnuson Hotels was created to offer a more human, owner-focused alternative to the traditional hotel franchise model. Built from the ground up without outside investors, Magnuson champions a straightforward, independent approach: no excessive fees, no forced renovations, and no rigid brand rules. We are proud to remain family-run and fully independent, committed to providing real support to hotel owners who want to operate on their own terms.
This role plays a key part in advancing that mission, helping more owners discover a brand built on partnership, not control, and driving marketing strategies that reflect the authenticity and values of our community-driven network.
