Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus commission
Location: Newcastle based, Hybrid - 2 days in office
The Role:
- Outbound Sales role - calling, emailing, socials, events.
- Conduct thorough research to identify target organisations, key decision-makers and ideal customer profile prospects.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against agreed criteria to ensure strong fit.
- Consistently hit activity and outcome targets.
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM.
- Track and report on key SDR metrics such as conversion rates, response rates and pipeline.
- Share market intelligence and prospect feedback to help refine sales messaging.
- Participate in regular training and coaching to deepen product knowledge.
The Person:
- Previous experience in a Tech sales role.
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, able to engage senior stakeholders credibly.
- Strong active listener with high emotional intelligence.
- Able to uncover pains and motivations quickly.
