Magnus & Wolf are delighted to be working with a growing Microsoft Consultancy to recruit for the role of Solution Sales Consultant. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with a background in Dynamics 365 software engineering, integrations, or cloud solutions, who thrives in consultative sales and business development.
The Role:
- Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting: Engage with potential clients to identify pain points and demonstrate how Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP) solutions can solve business challenges.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, working closely with technical consultants to craft compelling proposals.
- Technical Discovery & Demos: Conduct discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Solution Architecture & Integration Strategy: Advise clients on third-party integrations, cloud migrations, and automation strategies within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT teams, and department heads.
- Collaborate with Microsoft & Partners: Work alongside Microsoft and implementation partners to tailor solutions and ensure seamless delivery.
- Market & Industry Insights: Stay updated on Microsoft’s product roadmap, licensing changes, and industry trends to offer the best-fit solutions to clients.
The Person:
- 3+ years in solution sales, pre-sales, or technical consulting for ERP/CRM systems (preferably Dynamics 365).
- Strong technical foundation in software integrations, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and database management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and event-driven architecture.
- Excellent ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for clients.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Microsoft certifications (MB-910, MB-920, or MB-300) are a bonus.
