Account Manager Hybrid – Birmingham city centre

The Role

  • Deliver compelling demonstrations tailored to each client's needs and objectives
  • Identify and qualify upcoming IT projects
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new business prospects
  • Generating leads and targeting potential clients in existing and new markets
  • Own a portfolio of 40-60 accounts
  • Develop structured engagement plans and maintain detailed account profiles
  • Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Drive account growth through cross‑selling and proactive client engagement
