Founding 360 Recruitment Consultant – Warrington (Industrial, Logistics & Driving)
We’re opening a new branch in Warrington, and we’re looking for a founding team member to help build it from day one.
This is a sales-led 360 role. You’ll win new business, grow existing accounts and run the full cycle from client development through to placement. Level (Consultant or Senior Consultant) will be set by your experience.
What you’ll do
- Win new clients and grow temp margin across industrial, logistics and driving
- Make sales calls, secure meetings and negotiate rates and terms with confidence
- Develop and grow existing accounts
- Use our systems and data well, and help push them forward
- Help shape a brand-new branch and the way it works
What we’re looking for
- Experience in industrial, logistics or driving temporary recruitment
- A track record of winning new clients and growing temp margin, or a clear drive to build one
- Confidence on the phone and in negotiations
- Comfort with technology and data
- A solid understanding of temp compliance
- Resilience, strong organisation and a target-driven mindset
- Enthusiasm for being part of a founding team
- Knowledge of the Warrington, Cheshire or North West labour market
- Experience in warehouse or driving recruitment
