We are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers in the Milton Keynes area to support fridge work into prestigious food retail units or trunking within their network of RDC’s. Must have a minimum of 18 months experience.

As an HGV Class 1 driver, the work will involve:

  • Class 1 Depot Delivery work
  • Store deliveries across the South East and Midlands for a prestigious food retailer

You will be offered regular shifts and start times that suit you in return for your commitment. Regular weekend work available. Part time HGV drivers are also welcome to apply.

Location: Milton Keynes - MK10 0AA

Pay Rate: £19.80 - £27.70 per hour

Shifts Available: Days, Afternoons, Nights and Weekends

Shifts and hours to suit all availability, Rota's available with start times from:

  • 22:00 - 01:00
  • 01:00 - 04:00
  • 15:00 - 18:00
  • 19:00 - 22:00

Guaranteed 8 hours per shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport fridge between distribution hubs and delivery centres
  • Ensure deliveries are completed safely, securely and on time
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
  • Maintain accurate driver and vehicle records
  • Communicate effectively with transport, dispatch and warehouse teams

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for a minimum of 24 months
