Our client, part of one of the largest logistics groups in the UK, requires HGV 1 Drivers to join their growing operation in support of its equally large customer.
The role involves:
- Making deliveries and collections to and from national and regional distribution centres (mostly).
- Occasional deliveries to large retail outlets.
- Minimal handball involved.
The site is operational 24/7 with shift start times and patterns to suit all availability. Shifts are typically 10-12 hours in length and paid weekly.
Rates:
- Monday-Friday (Days) £14.50ph
- Monday-Friday (Nights) £15.50ph
- Saturday £17.50ph
- Sunday £18.00ph
- Bank Holiday £18.00ph
Requirements:
- Current valid RTW in the UK
- Current valid UK Cat C+E driving entitlement
- Current valid DQC and Driver Card
- No more than 6 endorsement points - No DR, DD or CD endorsements.
- Minimum 12-months experience in driving Cat C+E vehicles
Interviews are available immediately. Successful candidates will be offered the opportunity to undertake a brief assessment/driver induction before introduction to the live operation.
