As part of our continued growth, we are looking to appoint a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Industrial & Driving division. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take full responsibility for developing, managing, and scaling your own desk within the industrial and driving sectors. This is a true 360 role with a strong emphasis on business development, client strategy, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across both temporary and permanent markets.
You will operate with a high level of autonomy while also contributing to the wider team’s success, supporting best practice and helping to elevate performance standards.
- Leading the development and growth of a high-performing recruitment desk
- Building and managing strategic client relationships within industrial & driving sectors
- Proactively winning new business and expanding existing key accounts
- Taking detailed job briefs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to placement and retention
- Maintaining a strong, high-quality pipeline of candidates across temp and perm markets
- Monitoring and driving desk performance, including revenue, pipeline, and activity
3–7+ years’ experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Proven track record of billing success and desk growth
- Experience within industrial and/or driving recruitment (highly desirable)
- Confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle at a senior level
