OUTBOUND SUPERVISOR Bedford, MK42 £17.32 per hour 5 days out of 7 | 09:00–17:30 TEMP TO PERM ROLE Magnus Search is recruiting an experienced Outbound Supervisor to join a busy, fast-paced 3PL warehouse operation in Bedford! We're looking for a confident leader with a strong background in outbound logistics, warehouse team management and customer-facing 3PL operations. The Role: * Oversee daily outbound warehouse operations * Lead, motivate and manage warehouse teams * Allocate labour and coordinate workloads to meet operational demands * Monitor productivity, performance and service levels * Liaise directly with clients to ensure their requirements are met * Maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency and health & safety * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement What We're Looking For: * Previous Outbound Supervisor experience within a 3PL warehouse * Strong leadership and team management skills * Experience managing labour, shifts and operational targets * Confident communicating with clients and internal stakeholders * Experience in a multi-client warehouse environment * Experience with large-scale logistics operations, would be advantageous * Mandarin-speaking skills would be a bonus!
