We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our client based in Maidstone to drive new business, develop key accounts and grow service contracts across a diverse range of commercial and industrial customers.

The Role Identify and secure new service and maintenance opportunities.

Develop relationships with commercial, industrial, public-sector and leisure customers.

Promote planned maintenance, reactive support, refurbishment and optimisation services.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract award.

Attend customer sites to identify service and improvement opportunities.

Prepare quotations, proposals and tenders.

Work closely with engineering and service teams to deliver solutions.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.

Working pattern and Salary Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm £45,000 per annum plus company commission structure Skills/Experience Required Proven business development or technical sales experience.

Experience within the water/waste industry, ideally with knowledge of domestic pump stations, treatment plants and tankering works.

Experience selling service contracts, maintenance or technical solutions.

Strong commercial, communication and negotiation skills.

Confident dealing with both technical and non-technical customers.

Able to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.

Full UK driving licence.

Desirable Experience working with facilities, estates, industrial, leisure or public-sector customers, including tendering and framework opportunities.
