Are you an experienced Telesales, Telemarketing or Appointment Setter who thrives on outbound calling and hitting targets? Were recruiting for a Telesales Representative to join an established business based on Wrexham Industrial Estate. This is a 100% outbound B2B sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys picking up the phone, speaking to business owners and decision-makers, and turning conversations into genuine sales opportunities. The Role This is a proactive, phone-based sales position where your focus will be on outbound B2B calling rather than waiting for leads to come to you. Youll be contacting prospective businesses, identifying decision-makers, introducing the companys services, overcoming objections and qualifying opportunities before arranging appointments for the BD team. Introduce company services and identify potential sales opportunities. Build rapport quickly and establish strong relationships over the phone. Help organise and manage BDM appointments and schedules. Maintain accurate CRM and call records. Work towards agreed call, appointment and performance targets. About You Were looking for someone who is confident, resilient and commercially minded, with a genuine appetite for outbound sales and commission.
