On-site Consultant Bridlington Location: Bridlington (On-site) Salary: £26,000 £32,000 per year Uncapped Bonus Status: Immediate Starts Available The Role: Magnus Search is seeking a dedicated On-site Consultant to join our Bridlington operation. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our temporary workforce at a key client site. Key Responsibilities: On-site Management: Acting as the primary liaison between Magnus Search and the client. Fulfillment: Sourcing, onboarding, and managing a high volume of temporary workers. Compliance: Ensuring all workers are fully compliant and documented. On-Call: Participating in a rota-based system to support our 24-hour operation. Requirements: Driving License: Full UK Driving License is required . Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment, on-site, or high-volume coordination role.
