Were looking for an ambitious and driven Line Leader to join our fast-paced production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys leading people and takes pride in delivering high standards. Youll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, motivating your team and ensuring quality, efficiency and safety are at the heart of everything you do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the smooth day-to-day running of the production line.
  • Drive performance to achieve production targets, efficiency and quality standards.
  • Motivate, coach and support team members to create a positive and productive working environment.
  • Complete production paperwork, machinery checks and records accurately.
  • Monitor product quality and ensure specifications and customer standards are consistently met.
  • Ensure labels, packaging and production documentation are correct and compliant.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping and hygiene standards across the production area.
  • Promote a strong Health & Safety culture and lead by example at all times.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Benefits and Hours of work

Salary/Hourly: £13.36PH, Pension, 23 days holidays plus BH, training and growth development, progression, free parking, company events & discounted/free food and working continental shifts (choice to work other shifts).
