For the right candidates, there is strong potential to secure a permanent contract after successfully completing a 12-week temporary probationary period. \n Please note: Prior experience operating a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) is an essential requirement for this position. \n Salary & Benefits: \n \n Pay Rate: £12.71 £13.83 per hour (dependent on shift worked) \n Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent (after 12 weeks) \n Perks: Weekly pay, overtime opportunities, free on-site parking, and a supportive, friendly team environment. \n \n Shifts & Hours: \n \n Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (Rolling Rota) \n Hours Available: Days (06:00 AM 18:00 PM) LUB Nights (18:00 PM 06:00 AM) \n \n Key Responsibilities: \n \n Operating a Ride-On PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) safely and efficiently to move stock within a fast-paced environment. \n Transporting pallets of incoming and freshly washed trays to designated staging and storage areas. \n Adhering strictly to all site health and safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment. \n Supporting the wider warehouse operations with general duties as and when required. \n \n Key Requirements: \n \n Proven experience driving a PPT is essential (a valid licence or in-house certificate is highly preferred). \n Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or production environment. \n A strong focus on safety, accuracy, and working collaboratively within a team. \n Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude. \n \n How to Apply: If you have the required PPT experience and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity, please apply online today with your updated CV.
