Magnus Search is recruiting an experienced Outbound Supervisor to join a busy, fast-paced 3PL warehouse operation in Bedford!
We're looking for a confident leader with a strong background in outbound logistics, warehouse team management and customer-facing 3PL operations.
The Role:
- Oversee daily outbound warehouse operations
- Lead, motivate and manage warehouse teams
- Allocate labour and coordinate workloads to meet operational demands
- Monitor productivity, performance and service levels
- Liaise directly with clients to ensure their requirements are met
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency and health & safety
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
- Previous Outbound Supervisor experience within a 3PL warehouse
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience managing labour, shifts and operational targets
- Confident communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience in a multi-client warehouse environment
- Experience with large-scale logistics operations, would be advantageous
- Mandarin-speaking skills would be a bonus!
