SHIFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER BEAMINSTER PERMANENT POSITION £52,496.81 per annum, inclusive of shift premium Working hours 7:00am to 7:00pm and 7:00pm to 7:00am on a 4, 5, 5 rolling shift pattern Immediate Start, notice periods considered We are looking for a SHIFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER to join our client on a permanent basis. Undertaking the responsibility of ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of all production machinery, utilities, and engineering systems within the factory during the assigned shift. Responsibility for monitoring equipment performance, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, minimizing production downtime, and ensuring that all engineering activities comply with safety, quality, and operational standards. Continuing looking at where improvements can be made to maximise equipment efficiency, service and consistency whilst ensuring that health and safety and quality standards are never compromised. Key Duties and Responsibilities Quick resolution to plant breakdowns, faults, QA issues. Carry out planned preventative maintenance utilising agreed schedule. All planned and reactive maintenance is to be entered into the CMMS.
