Magnus Search are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join us and work with schools across Devon and Cornwall.
Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school environment.
The Role:
· Support pupils with SEN including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
· Assist in delivering tailored learning and adapting support to individual needs
· Work 1:1, in small groups, and within the classroom
· Promote pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
· Collaborate with teachers and external professionals

Requirements:
· Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
· Some experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable, but not essential
· A positive, proactive approach and passion for SEN
