An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Valuer to join a long-established and highly respected independent Estate Agency based in Solihull.

The Sales Valuer will be a pivotal appointment within the business and as such a proven ability to win instructions, build strong relationships and generate new business is essential.

You will be confident carrying out valuations, have an excellent understanding of the Solihull property market and be driven by achieving both individual and team success.

Within this role the Sales Valuer will be responsible for

  • Conduct accurate and comprehensive property valuations across the Solihull market
  • Generate new instructions by identifying opportunities and converting market appraisals into business
  • Follow up all valuations effectively and maintain regular contact with prospective vendors
  • Use your knowledge of the local Solihull market to provide informed and realistic pricing advice
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with vendors and provide an exceptional level of customer service
  • Keep up to date with local market trends, property values and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential new business
  • Work closely with the wider sales team to maximise every opportunity and achieve branch targets

Sales Valuer Experience needed

  • Must have proven estate agency experience, ideally as an existing and proven Sales Valuer.
  • Must have strong knowledge and experience of the Solihull residential property market.
  • Must have a proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
  • Must be commercially minded with a genuine desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Must be confident, personable and able to build strong relationships with vendors.
  • Must be organised and able to manage a busy and varied workload.
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and driven by success.
  • Will have a proactive, can-do approach and the confidence to take ownership of opportunities.
