Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Duties
- Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace.
- Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
- Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback.
- Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
- Preparing tenancy agreements, issuing legal documents relating to the tenancy and ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior to move in.
- Working with the property management team ensuring that properties have been prepared for move in.
- Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants are settled.
Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Experience within a customer service or customer facing role is essential.
- Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages.
- You must be able to drive and have a full, clean driving license.
