Are you a driven and diligent Property Manager looking to expand your industry experience? We’re recruiting for a Property Manager to join a leading agent in the heart of Swindon who have a well-established, friendly team and a great reputation in the local area.

Your role as a Property Manager

  • Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
  • Carrying out appointments – inspections, check outs and inventories
  • Ensuring property compliance and organising EICRs, Gas Safety certificates and EPCs
  • Handling the deposit returns and any disputes
  • Building relationships – happy Landlords and tenants are key
  • Serving relevant notices in line with Landlord instruction
  • Maintaining good tenancy administration records
  • Chasing for rent arrears when needed

What we’re looking for from a Property Manager

  • Previous experience in property management needed – at least six months’ required
  • Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid IT skills & attention to detail
  • A well-presented and professional approach
  • Punctuality & great organisational skills
  • Driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential
