We’re looking for an ambitious, creative and passionate individual to join a leading independent agent as a Senior Sales Negotiator at their office in Reading. This agent is very successful in the city and has several well-established offices dotted around the surrounding area.

Your role as a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Negotiate sales and handle offers
- Assist with bringing new properties to the market and carry out valuations
- Generate new business using the existing database, door knocking and marketing
- Deliver excellent customer service to purchasers and sellers - people buy from people
- Assist with sales progression when needed
- Support your colleagues and work together to achieve the best for the office
What we’re looking for from a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Previous residential sales experience is essential – a minimum of 12 months
